Terms of Use & Data Consent
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an abstract to this congress, all authors and co-authors (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Submitting the form constitutes a legal acknowledgment of these terms.
2. Publication and Public Disclosure
Participants acknowledge that the primary purpose of this submission is for academic dissemination. Consequently:
Abstract and Full Text Publication: All accepted abstracts and full texts, including titles and content, will be published in the Conference Proceedings and/or Abstract Book (digital or print).
Personal Data Visibility: To facilitate academic networking and transparency, personal information including Full Names, Academic Titles, Institutional Affiliations, and Email Addresses may be made public in the documents such as conference program, proceedings, and participants list.
3. Communication Consent
To ensure efficient coordination, the Organizing Committee utilizes various communication channels:
Direct Contact: Participants consent to be contacted via email and telephone regarding their submission.
WhatsApp: Participants expressly consent to being added to official conference WhatsApp groups to receive important announcements about the congress.
Privacy Acknowledgment: Participants acknowledge that by joining these groups, their mobile phone numbers and profile information will be visible to all other group members. Prensip Publishing, the Organization Committee and Georgian National Academy of Sciences are not responsible for the privacy settings of the third-party application (WhatsApp).
4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
Hold Harmless: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Prensip Publishing, the Organizing Committee, and Georgian National Academy of Sciences harmless against any claims, losses, or damages (including but not limited to privacy breaches or unsolicited contacts) arising from the public nature of the congress or the use of third-party communication platforms.
No Responsibility for Third-Party Use: Neither the publishers nor the committees shall be held responsible for how third parties (other participants or public readers) use the information made public through the official proceedings, congress program, participants list or communication groups.
5. Originality and Copyright
By submitting, authors confirm that the work is original and does not infringe upon any existing copyright. Authors grant the congress a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute their abstracts and full texts.
