Presentation Guidelines

Poster Presentations

Participants attending the congress in person are requested to print their posters in a size close to A0 (841 × 1189 mm).

Posters should be prepared in a clear and legible format suitable for display during the congress.

Oral Presentations

The text and visual content of oral presentations must be prepared in English.

Presentations may be delivered verbally in Turkish, Georgian, or English.

Each oral presentation is allocated 10 minutes. Questions, answers, and general discussion will be held at the end of each session, rather than after individual presentations.

Participants attending in person should bring their presentation file on a USB flash drive and submit it to the session staff before the beginning of their session.

Participants attending online will present by sharing their screen through the online meeting platform.

Presenters are kindly requested to be ready before the scheduled start of their session to ensure the smooth running of the scientific programme.
